A spent donor area.
Over-harvesting the back and sides to hit a large graft count leaves visible thinning there and nothing in reserve for later loss.
Infection and necrosis do happen and are serious, but they are rare next to these three. A clinic that talks only about sterility is answering the question you did not need to ask.
Volume is the variable, not the country.
Turkey performs more of these procedures than anywhere else, and that volume is why the prices on this site are what they are. It also produces the pattern people mean by a hair mill: many patients a day, most of the work done by technicians, and a surgeon whose involvement is a signature on a plan.
