What an all-inclusive package covers in Turkey.
Eight items, near enough standard across the market. The list is short and the clinics are consistent about it, which is why the exclusions are the part worth reading.
What is in the box.

The at-home column is surgery only. It carries no hotel, no transfers and no interpreter, so the real gap is slightly wider than the table shows. That is the honest version of the comparison, and it still leaves flights on your side of the ledger.

Are flights included in a Turkish package?
Almost never. A handful of clinics bundle them for specific source markets, but the standard package starts when you land.
Is the all-inclusive price the final price?
It is if the graft count on the day matches the count you were quoted. Ask in writing what happens if the surgeon revises it upward.
Is a package cheaper than booking separately?
Usually, on the hotel and transfers. The saving is small next to the difference between clinics, so pick the clinic first and the package second.
