Nothing here is concealed. It is simply not in the figure you were quoted, and together these items are what turns an advertised price into a real budget.
Eight things to add to the headline figure.

| PRP sessions | Frequently recommended afterwards, rarely included beyond the first. Ask how many and at what price. |
| Travel insurance | Standard policies commonly exclude elective procedures abroad. Check the wording rather than assuming. |
| Time off work | Ten to fourteen days before the scalp looks unremarkable. Not a clinic cost, but it belongs in the budget. |
We do not publish a total for these. Flights alone swing by several hundred dollars between London, Sydney and Toronto and between January and July, and a figure averaged across that would describe nobody. Price your own flights, then add the package.
Get the revision terms in writing before you pay a deposit.
Most Turkish clinics advertise a guarantee. Very few publish what it covers. The questions that settle it are short: what counts as a failure, who decides, how long the cover lasts, and whether it pays for the second procedure or only waives the surgeon's fee while you fund the flights and the hotel again.
